Every time I come I am welcomed with warm smiles. I know they don’t recognize me as a previous customer as I only come once or twice a month. But I feel like family anyhow. My food is always fresh, my order is always correct. And I’ve never had a single thought of complaint. I’m so grateful for this location specifically. I don’t eat burgers often, but whenever I’m in the mood for one, I come here and I’m overly satisfied.

Super nice location with the known quality of Five Guys! Open seating area between the chicken place was very inviting and provided a casual and comfortable area to eat. Food was without par, but if I had to ding them on anything it was the fries. I realize it’s not ‘Burger King’ and ‘I rule,’ but I ordered my fries cooked extra crispy and what I got wash a bunch of soggy, yet hot fries… wawawa… However fret not, I am willing to give them another try and still give them 5 Stars!

It’s super consistent. The burger isn’t the most amazing in the world, but it’s very good, and it’s the same almost every time (sometimes the grilled onions are more grilled, and therefore better, but otherwise, solid). The Cajun fries are great.

Clean location, lots of staff on hand who worked efficiently. The burger was overcooked, dry, and the tomatoes were improperly cut (huge slabs of tomato). For all the signs in the restaurant proclaiming how great 5 Guys burgers are, I think Wendy’s is about as good.

Really great burgers, as usual. The store was squeaky clean and not too busy. I’m not sure why these types of places are prompting you to tip when you order. Is it too much to ask for someone to take your order? Isn’t that what the restaurant is paying them to do? I had to actually select no tip in order to continue my payment. I understand tipping at a restaurant at a restaurant with a wait staff, but I don’t tip the person that seats me, or the cook.

If you typically eat Five Guys, this location is a little lackluster at the moment. The food tastes different, the fries are a little soggier, the quality is just overall lacking. It also feels very pretentious?? Don’t know how to explain it very well but it’s not your typical Five Guys.
