Well this was my first time ever stepping foot into a Five Guys in my life. Wow what a place. Everyone I interacted with during the day was professional but very personable. Top to bottom the place is spotless. Bathrooms are about as clean as it gets. Let’s talk about the food. So good. If you out for lunch and need a place to go this is it. Hands down the best burger and fry joint in business today!

Ordered a milkshake and a burger. I got my burger and had to remind them I had a shake. Shake wasn’t ready until after my meal was finished. It wasn’t busy, there were were 5 employees mostly standing around the entire time.

The burgers were great but the staff was better. The guy who took my order was very patient with me even though I was having a squirrel brain moment. The place itself was pretty clean. It was a great meal before going out for a night of drinking!

There is an order ahead option online or in the app. What’s the point in ordering ahead if the app says it will be ready in 5-10 minutes? I wait 10 minutes and go to the store where I’m told it will be 10 additional minutes before my food is ready “because there were other customers”. It was after 1 pm and the store was not that busy. Please work on your time estimates. Very disappointed in this service.

I ordered the cheapest thing on the menu, which was a hamburger with only mustard and ketchup, small fries and a small drink, and it still cost $20. The food was good, but not spectacular. The staff were very nice. I could have gotten the same meal at a dozen other places in the same area for half the price.

Great burger and fries! We get the little cheeseburger, and it’s anything but little, lol. Order it “all the way” and you won’t regret it—comes with onion, pickle, mushrooms, and a bunch of other things I can’t remember. Fries are yummy too—you can get a Cajun seasoning on the side to mix in if you want a little kick. Typically get it to go, but they have a cute, retro dining space (that’s safe if you don’t have a serious peanut allergy, lol). It’s probably my favorite burger from a fast-ish food restaurant. Also love that you can order a bunch of food and only have a few paper bags and wadded up aluminum foil after.
