Five Guys easily has some of the best burgers. This location didn’t disappoint. The guy that took our order was really funny and the food was superb. The staff seemed to work really well together and got food out fairly quickly. Hopefully this location stays open as I notice a few others have closed down

I was at this location today at 1:30pm the young black girl who took my order gave me a receipt with my order number on it. After I received my order I asked her if the would please throw the receipt in the trash and I said thank you she mubbled under her breath thinking I could not hear her and said there is a trash can at the door rudely I will no longer be going business with this location it people like her who gives the business a bad name. She must must forgot that the customer is always right when you are polite and ask nicely she should have said you’re welsome but came at me with a smart a** comment you don’t speak to the customer the way she spoke to me and when I said excuse me she kept walking it happen August 28 2023 at 1:30

Second time in two weeks had problem with order. Person did not seem to know how to operate the register. Person left on an item and added one not requested. Sandwich was messy messy. Ordered raw onions and they were cut thick and had about two heaping tablespoons of them on the sandwich. Unhappy. Spoke to manager. She insisted they make it right. I insisted that I would pay. She insisted not. Messy sandwich last week and certain items were left off. Different manager made it right. Today I put the price for the second sandwich in tip job. Did not want them to think I just wanted a free meal. Won’t be back for a while. Use to be my favorite to go hamburger place. No more.
