Went in to pick up a mobile order, which they keep away from the counter. I tell the guy doing the fries and handing out food my name to which he shrugs off like it’s not ready yet, which is fine perhaps I arrived early. I do see two bags of food that are sitting where the to go orders are. After standing there ten minutes another staff asked who I was waiting for and I tell her my name. She looks at the guy who should be handing me the food to which he just acts like it’s not ready yet….. after waiting another ten minutes or longer, watching everyone else get served I finally get annoyed and ask how much longer it’s gonna be for my food. The guy finally grabs one of the bags that was sitting ready to go the entire time. So I essentially was forced to wait and watch my food get cold for no reason. I will probably drive an extra few minutes for Culver’s next time. Not worth 13 bucks for a burger here.

Same as any other five guys. If you like smash burger type burger, they are good. Can’t beat a good burger you cook on grill at home but it’s fast and easy. And best fries! Come here regularly to keep kids happy.

I would just like to say I’ve been here many times over the two years here in naples. But today was by far the best. The fries there in the past have been a** literally. they were soggy and so greasy I never finished the fries there. But today they were crunchy thanks to Monique and her other employees.

Don’t let your kids work here. .The management is unprofessional and unable to control the environment.the pay is low and they are treated accordingly.Big problems with tax paper work that had to be addressed with the IRS because the corporate office says they have no control over their own business..call for yourself..they are franchise so No One takes responsibility..it’s a pass the buck business……..

Super slow to give us the order had my little nephew with special needs and asked for the wifi password and was told “we are not allowed to share it” we just needed for my nephew’s tablet and because you’re taking way too long, restaurant wasn’t clean, our orders were all messed up, will never come back here after your workers were so insensitive about a special needs child accommodation and messing up his order

Stopped in for lunch today. We ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers “all the way”. When we got them, neither had bacon or all the toppings so I asked them to remake them. The lady that helped me looked surprised that I wanted then remade. But as soon as the manager heard about it, he asked them to remake them asap and then completely refunded me. We were very impressed with his service. We will be back.. Thank you Five Guys!
