I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger and didn’t realize that I was charged for just a regular cheeseburger until after the fact. The little cajun fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. They’re worth going to get on their own. I could have taken her left my burger to be honest. The burgers end up soaking the bun and making the bun soggy very fast. The burgers are always cooked well done with no pink.

Went in to order to go with two toddlers and oldest son they took forever to do my order and no line looked like 10 workers there just talking. Of course I didn’t even check my food I assumed it was right the one on gulf to bay never messes up. Come home to regular fries when I asked for Cajun two patty’s on my burger when I never asked for extra patty and my husbands burger was supposed to have two patty’s and it had three idk seemed like they did whatever they wanted with my order. The burgers taste nothing like the other location literally no flavor on anything husband threw out his burger only took one bite. I’m so annoyed. Won’t be going back to that location again.

Horrible spent 70 dollars including an 11 dollars for tip and I get served cold old food. Dude no cheese was melted on any of the four burgers, fries we literally like ice. Tried to call, no luck.. tried to go online and place a complaint and website is only good for ordering.. I want my money back.. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE

I hated when this place closed at 137th & Walsingham… So, I was happy to see that they re-opened here! But… the food quality seems to have been better at the old location! Burgers were good, but drinks and fries… Not so much! The staff is friendly and efficient! Drink machine probably needs to be recalibrated or ?? Very watery! Fries were luke warm, limp, and soggy!! You get a Lot of them, but again, the Quality is lacking!! May try it again someday, but not anytime soon… Sadly…..

First time to this Five Guys location and will be the last. There was another hour more of being open, walked in to order and the complete kitchen/cook area was being mopped with water on the floor, buckets, mops slinging around the grills, buns, meat. We thought there was a possibility they had changed their hours but cashier said no. Sadly they were cleaning where the food was but the floor around the tables were terribly dirty and extremely stinky! Staff not friendly or welcoming. Very disappointed in this Five Guys!

Went there last night, 9-22-20, and they have been open about 3 weeks…I was pleasantly surprised by the whole visit. Just in case you’re not familiar with them, you park and walk in (or maybe still curbside,) but no drive-thru. It wouldn’t work good anyway, because everything is made to order. This location DOES have milkshakes, although it’s not currently on their online menu to pre-order or have delivered. Everyone was wearing masks, and they have temporarily eliminated the condiments area and peanut bins for community scooping, but they are happy to give you pre-packed bags of peanuts (and condiments) for more sanitary individual consumption. I agree with the previous reviewer that their buns and fries DO tend to get a bit soggy/limp. [My own fix for that is to resist the urge to add excessive numbers of their **17** free toppings, and stick to my favorite 5 or 6 (or 7….) and this being a common problem for me, since I take food home and eat it hours later.] As far as the fries, they are really good, with Cajun spice for no extra charge, and they are ridiculously large, 2 mediums will feed 4 adults with leftovers. See picture, that is what’s left with 2 servings ALREADY removed. The employees were really nice, patient when I needed to add an order of milkshakes, mixed them up quick so I could get going, offered me a drink holder, and put everything else in a bag with handles for easier carrying. Well, these might sound like little things, but really, these days, little things can make a big difference!
