The store was super clean, absolutely spotless. The burgers and fries were delicious. They’re not stingy with the toppings which were very fresh and appetizing. All the other burger joints make you beg for or pay extra for a respectable slice of tomato or onion etcetera. The crew was very nice and pleasant. And they have the fancy Coke machine that lets you add all sorts of flavors. I’m a regular customer and they’re very consistently good.

The five guys burgers are really good! This place is amazing, the food is always good. The last time I went the cashier was probably new and we were in a large group what made the processing time longer. Definitely recommend, but be aware that it might get busy during lunch hours.

The burgers are delicious! However for some reason the last 4 times I’ve gotten food there, the fries are a bit undercooked. No crisp at all just 5 minutes out of the fryer. Just a cup full of mushy fries. My shake was also super thin and runny the last visit as well.

Burgers are good, albeit not the best value. Cajun fries have, on more than a handful of occasions, come out as regular. Not sure if it’s a miscommunication or a prioritization of speed over quality. Fries rarely come out properly crispy, and usually come out as hot, seasoned, soft potato sticks. After requesting another fry order, one was promptly made but was only slightly crispier. Honestly, not a huge deal but the place could use a visit from someone who knows how to make good fries. Service is demure and it attributes a 2am on a Tuesday ihop vibe to the place that doesn’t match the price of the food. It might be a bottleneck due to the high volume of uber eats orders, but who knows. I know service work isn’t easy but perhaps there are some steps management can take to make the work experience less burdensome for employees. Definite decline in quality over the last 6 months.
