The pictures you see in the reviews for the five guys at the Florida Mall. The food and the service I give a 4 star. I have the bacon double cheeseburger and cajun fries but unfortunately the fries was a little bit too much Cajun for me lol but the burger was okay. The burger wasn’t really worth $9 but I would say $5 will be okay. But when I recommendedI would say yes if this is your first time eating at a five guys because this was my first time. But personally for me there is better places out there that is cheaper and the burger and fries taste as good.

They purposely declined my card via the app because they didn’t want to fulfill my delivery order. Then all of the sudden it says they are no longer accepting delivery orders because it’s too close to closing time. Unethical service.

This was the location in the Florida mall. The cashier was friendly and answered my questions with no problem. The food was very hot and very fresh. When you order a regular fries you get a huge amount, enough to share and we had some fries leftover.

After my first bad experience I decided to give this location another try. Big mistake: the area around the cashier and food pick up was dirty, it took forever to get my food once it was ordered and most agregious of all is that the regular fry I ordered barely amounted to a little fry. At other locations when I order a regular fry I get a bag full of fries, at this location the cup wasn’t even full and there were barely any fries at the bottom of my bag.

Every time I come here the only bun-less option is a bowl. And is ok with me but please if you going to sell me this option make it at least a kind of salad. The “bowl” is literally a patty, a piece of lettuce and the toppings you choose. For this price. Never again.
