The burger itself was good but severely overpriced. Got the burger bowl with two patties, cheese, and bacon, and a drink. My meal with a 10% tip was over $18. The patties were tiny! I spent that much and was still hungry. Very disappointed. I went here because it’s where the people I was with chose. I can get more food for less money at several other fast casual places. I don’t eat out much; I cook at home – and this is a good reason to continue to do that.

This is the place for top quality customer service. Decent crowd in there when I arrived but Tyreika greeted me with a big welcoming smile. The chef in the back had a smile too. Not sure what management is doing here but it must be right. She was so friendly taking my order and offered suggestions and answered questions too. I know I’m droning on but it’s so rare that i get such friendly service like this. Tyreika subscribes to my first boss’s theory that “if there’s time to lean, there’s time to clean”. You didn’t see her out playing on her phone, she got it in the dining area and started cleaning up. Whoever runs this place, take good care of her.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with Mayo lettuce nd grilled onions. My burger was delivered with no bacon or grill onions! I called the restaurant to tell them this nd was hung up on. Last time I’ll order from them!!! Do better! You had one job!!!!!

It’s hard to find good service here in Tallahassee but we came here around 8:45 pm and there were three amazing workers. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and when we got to the register the worker asked how we were doing with sincerity. The workers in the back were also very friendly! When I got my food everything was nicely put together and was super good. Yes, it’s a little pricier than most fast food but the cleanliness, the good service, and the burger assembly makes it worth it. When I thanked them for their excellent service, they got happy and were truly appreciative. Go if you can
