Overpriced food for an underwhelming experience.

First time in a five guys and customer service was disgusting. Ordering was fine but when we received our food there was a young girl with colored hair who rudely stated they had been calling us for 10 mins. People have conversations and the music and movement of the restaurant can get loud. That was the first time i had heard our number called. Regardless there was no valid reason to be so rude. Management here needs to do better that makes a place so much less attractive.

The hamburgers are cold as if they were taken out of the fridge, with no flavor, I would never go back to this place, the service is also very bad,

We were there Sat June 17th with my brother who is in a nursing home. We flew down from Pittsburgh. The store needed cleaning or at least swept every once in a while. Since we’ve never been to a Five Guys before we didn’t know what to expect. We ordered our burgers 2 double cheeseburgers and one single plus two regular and I wanted to try the cajun fries. after ringing up our order she asked us how much of a tip we wanted to leave 15% 18% 20%. I felt obligated to leave a tip because it seamed like all the employees were watching and I didn’t know what they would do to our order if we didn’t tip. We had to place our order at the counter, we were given a number to come pick-up our order. NOONE came to our table even to ask if everything was okay nor if we needed any thing else. A tip is supposed to be if the service was good or if the food was good not a tip before you find out if the food was even good. That option should be removed…..or that indicates that you don’t pay your employees enough. The whole order cost the three of us almost $67.00 . The fries were limp and NOT crisp the cajun was way too much cajun not enjoyable at all, the burgers were sloppy and over kill with the mayo. The MOST UPSETTING was the audacity to ask for a tip when you aren’t even a full service restaurant..I have a saying “That is twice we’ve been there our 1st and last” TWICE

Possibly the most expensive fast food hamburger in the world. Not a joke.

We got an order of fries only yesterday and about 30 minutes later we both have been vomiting every one to two hours after being sick the first time. Be careful folks. We will NEVER go back especially with the super high prices as well.

Burger was ok, I ordered a hamburger with pickles, mushrooms, ketchup, jalapeños but received a cheeseburger. I never return food so I ate half of it. Not very welcoming, but I don’t expect much from teenage/young adults. Too much chit chat. Drink, burger and fries totaled to $17 and some change. I’m not cheap but it wasn’t worth it.

Subpar service, typical Five Guys casual atmosphere, good food. Shakes are worth a try if their machine is working (hit or miss!) I have had more issues with burgers being poorly constructed and falling apart after a few bites here than at any other five guys location. Not sure what they’re doing wrong, but it’s messy out here y’all.

We enjoy Five Guys Burgers and Fries. It’s similar at most locations we’ve been to, but the one in Austell isn’t my favorite. It’s fairly cramped inside and the service is a little slow. The last 2 times we’ve visited we waited 18 and 22 minutes for our order. The food is good when we get it though.
