Ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, the burger came with no bacon. Than I called to see how I could get compensated and they had me on hold for 10 minutes. Called back multiple times and no pick up. Giving them 2 stars. Hope to be compensated in some way.

It may be pricey but worth it. The freshness of my burger came through every bite. Bacon Double Cheeseburger with those grilled onions, & lettuce was spot on. Two bacon cheeseburgers and two bacon cheese dogs came to $50 (No fries). But I ain’t made because the taste was superbly crafted to perfection. Down to the last bite. The staff was extra friendly and the restaurant was super clean. What more can you ask for in a QSR (Quick Serve Restaurant aka Fast Food).

Haven’t had Fuve Guys in over a year. Customer service was great. Vary welcoming. I only ordered fries and had to wait about 15 minutes. I guess that’s the cost of FRESHNESS.

Waited 30 min for some cold soaggy fries. I placed an order ahead of time and came in to pay. I sat and waited for my order as time went by people who order after me got their food. They asked me twice what I order like its not in the system or they didnt just hear the other person ask me. Then they told me they were just waiting on the fries. After waiting another 10 mins I finally got my food just for the fries to be cold and soggy because they didn’t pack my order up after the fries were done.

Very expensive, atleast I think for just a double burger that isn’t thick. They are thin like steak and shake. The food was good but I just don’t think its worth the price. I paid $40 for two burgers and a $5 shake! No drink no fries.

First time at this location. Cashier got the order wrong and I was very clear what I wanted on the hot dog. It had bacon which cost extra and I did not ask for bacon. The fries were very greasy. $17.00 total and after one bite the hot dog went in the garbage. I Won’t be going back.
