Just had the worst customer service experience ever at the Bluffton location!!!! After ordering the little bacon CHEESEburger, I received it not once, but twice prepared minus the cheese and other toppings I requested which cost me $10.19 for the burger before fries, $17.85 total for the bacon CHEESEburger and fries. Shout out to the server, Keaton S., at register 2, who thought it was a bright idea to give a paying customer the chill out hand gesture when I expressed my frustration, instead of turning a negative dining experience into a positive!!!! He was absolutely rude, I was offended, and what I experienced is not acceptable as the restaurant wasn’t busy, and I informed him multiple times how I desired my burger to be prepared. Just TERRIBLE!

Me and my son went, got it going to be a quick after-work meal. Ended up spending almost $50 for two of us to eat a burger and fries. The food was good the only reason that right that so low was the absurd pricing.

I thought Five Guys was a family fast food place? Why did my ONE meal (burger, small drink, small fry) cost 23 dollars? Considering it’s supposed to be cheap eats, I don’t think Five Guys will be a regular visit anymore. Paying high-end food prices for simple american style burgers is not worth it.

Employees are sub par. I’ve been in several times were multiple (3+) employees are goofing off outside the building or in their back room while 1 or 2 people are handling the lunch or dinner rush. Location is clearly under managed and over staffed.

The food is great, the price is just too high. That’s what you come to expect. There was also a guy that was vaping and staff wasn’t correcting him. They may not have noticed, just another detractor.

Yummy hamburgers and fries. Tasty for the whole family. I love the fact they are the same quality every time. Customization is a must. I suggest adding jalapenos everytime. Make the burger so delicious. Clean interior and friendly staff makes for a good experience.

Way overpriced. Paid $35 for 2 singles a regular shake and coke + reg fries. It was no better than any other fast food burger joint that charges half as much for bigger burgers.
