Person at the cash register was very rude. The restaurant was very loud so it was hard to hear the person at the register and she just wanted me out of there so she could serve the next customer. Normally my experiences here at great, but if she remains the cashier, I would not return to this location.

The crew at the 5 GUYS Cherrydale were congenial & proficient. However, I was underwhelmed by the food itself. Although, everything was cooked & freshly prepared to order; the burger, bun & very large serving of fries just had a bland taste to it. This was a disappointment since I’ve seen many positive reviews of 5 GUYS. I paid about $14 for a single hamburger & small fries; which I thought was too much for the meal. 5 GUYS isn’t “fast food” since it took about 20 minutes after ordering to get my food although I was the only person being served at the time (of course that goes along with everything being freshly cooked to order). On a 1 to 10 scale 5 GUYS only measured up to a 4.5

I’m a former team member & the system of five guys is beautiful but the management here at this location sucks and there are like 2 more locations in the surrounding area where the mangers are immediate family. Chavin (one of the mangers) steal your tips and gives it to a fellow team member he knows personally . Some are lazy . Some of the guys here sexualize every woman that walks in the building . They even talk mad disrespectful about people just because they ask do we have ranch ..the food is great don’t get me wrong . But if you’re considering working here it’s not good mentally . They don’t train you even though for me it’s simple but they put you out there and criticize you when you mess up. They smile in your face but talk about you behind your back. I never leave reviews but I had to because this isn’t good for the youth who are trying to do better and get a job!

Went to eat. Lead guy wouldn’t let anyone take orders. Stood at counter 10 minutes. Guy finally came to take order and was told to leave and tend kitchen duties. What a joke. Needs new management badly. Been eating here for years. We are done.
