The food is good as always but the service is very slow. It’s a mystery as to why it takes 4 or 5 people so long to put burgers and fries into bags. Long wait! It appears that the cooking of the fries is the hold up because they wait until your burger is done and pass it down the line and then someone sees that they need to cook fries. Stupid. If you’re in a hurry, skip this and go to Cookout right down the street. They’re faster and cheaper, and just as good.

I got 2 of the smallest bacon cheeseburgers and a medium fry, NO drinks. I was kind of shocked to get a $28 plus bill that did not contain the requested tip. My husband’s mustard only cheeseburger was much better than mine. I had ordered mustard, ketchup, and fried onions. It had so many onions and thick ketchup that I had to just discard the bun on that side. We couldn’t even eat our fries as they were handcut fresh style but had no color and were limp and tasteless. I don’t understand this place’s success.

I ordered a burger for pickup, and when I got home, it was a bun full of onions with no meat. A burger joint forgot meat on my hamburger. Think about that. They wrapped up a bun with ketchup and onions. At a burger place. That’s all they make.
