The employees here take no pride in what they do. Quality control is non-existent. It’s a big FU to all customers that walk in this place hoping for the real Five Guys experience. If this is an independent franchise the owner does not care and it shows, they should not be allowed to represent the brand. if this is a corporate owned location whoever is in charge of this market should be fired. I stopped at 5 guys this morning because I’m 7 months pregnant and also have chrons disease….I was in desperate need of a restroom and the woman at the register told me I had to buy something before she would let me in. I explained to the woman that I am allergic to peanuts if ingested and she told me that was too bad. My husband loves 5 guys and was going to buy his lunch there, but it was such a horrible experience we left.

I really hate scoring this low cause I know how hard food service is, but I came in on a Wednesday not a crazy weekend the food looked thrown together,(when I finally got it) not a clean table in site & I got charged $3 bucks for hot 20oz coke!! Come on yall u can do better than that!

Every single time I get a delivery from here it looks like the delivery folks have eaten fries out of the bag. Sure I could complain to the delivery service but five guys needs a better way of closing their bags. And if they would just answer their phone I could clarify this with them. This is a food safety issue at this point and it needs to be addressed. There is a packaging solution. I’m sure of it. Now lemme go over to Grubhub to get this sorted. I’m tired of this.

Only reason I rated 4/5 stars is the expensive price, but besides that it was great! Staff was very nice and the lovely gentleman who was on fries hooked us up with extra seasoning on our cajun fries. Love the atmosphere.

It was refreshing to find a taste of home here. We walked right in and were able to give our orders without any wait time. The cashier was well-spoken and courteous. Drink stations and condiments were very accessible and the order was received within about five minutes. The food was very good as usual from any Five Guys.
