Honestly…… It was a 3.5. The food tasted good but not great. The staff was ok. The manager seemed aloof. Made no eye contact with any customers. Dining area was little messy. The cost is pretty high for what you get. I have eaten much better burgers and fries for much less at many sit down restaurants.

Been here multiple times; every time my experience has been more than pleasant. Great staff, most of which are all still learning it looks like but overall I’ve received nothing but great food and customer service from this place. I’ll gladly pay $15 for a burger and drink that beats everything around here locally; and it be filling. Thank you guys!

Can’t understand why so many negative reviews, talked to manager & said they all happened when they 1st opened & the line was 20-30 deep & all employees were NEW. Had a great experience, only problem is the cost, its exactly $23 more from 2019 for almost the exact same meal!! Thats The American peoples fault for whom the elected.

Very expensive for a less than mediocre burger meal. Burgers are something I can make at home for a fraction of the cost with quality hamburger meat from the butcher shop. And a burger with proper seasoning. Then you add $5 for fries…hell to the never again when I can buy a bag of fries at Walmart for $5 and feed the family of four off the bag multiple times.

I’m going to start off with the good, decent tasting food. The bad is that it cost an arm and a leg. The atmosphere there is loud and no people friendly. Service was slowish. All in all way to expensive for what they serve. If you want them just go to hwy 55 instead. You’ll be richer and happier at the end…

Horrible first experience at this location. I thought I would be smart and skip the line in a rush and place a pickup order, after paying for my order online it said it would be ready in 6-11 minutes. I arrived to the store 15 minutes after placing my order and was brushed off as they came up with other orders (all numbers after mine). I ended up waiting an additional 20 mins at the store for my food-before they realized they did not make the milkshakes we ordered as well. When I let them know that I did not get my shakes they told me I would need to wait for the line to die down before anyone would make them. They then proceeded to make all of the shakes that were ordered after I arrived before mine. I ended up waiting at the store for 35 minutes (50 minutes after I ordered) before receiving a completed pickup order and the icing on the cake was that they didn’t have the ingredients for one of the shakes I ordered. Why even offer the pickup option if you know you can’t keep up with your system??
