Five Guys definitely have one of the best burgers and fries that I’ve had. They use real hamburger meat and fresh cut potatoes for their french fries. Sheila’s customer service was excellent today!! I highly recommend the location in Monroe, NC. They are very clean. I saw them go clean the drink area often and the tables were freshly cleaned.

Delicious food top tier! Good staff especially the counter woman friendly and funny. Quick turnaround till you receive food. All burgers are double 1/2lb total-so prices are decent. Definitely worth it!

From the huge hole in our wallet I really expected to have a delicious Burger. Signs throughout the restaurant tried to remind you that they are worth every penny, but I beg to differ. I had a lukewarm Burger with unmelted cheese. They failed to add any lettuce, tomato, pickle or mayo. Fries were very good but overpriced. So disappointed.

Pricey..small hamburger, double cheeseburger, (2) small cokes and (1) medium fry was over $30, although toppings do not cost extra. If you like a lot of toppings, ie..sautéed onions, mushrooms, peppers ect, the cost might not be too bad. Ours were plain !!
