I’ve been to many 5 guys from NY to NC. I just finished a meal here on Thursday night 08/31/2023. This is hands down the best one I’ve hit yet. The service, food and environment was impeccable.The staff was extremely friendly. I found myself here twice this week. Will definitely come back again in the future. Well done Mathews Five Guys!!!!

Girl at the register was not friendly and didn’t greet me, she stood there and looked at me. After getting my food I looked into my bag and there wasn’t many fries I asked the rude guy doing fries hey may I have more fries and he responded with you got a small. Yes I did very good but everyone but the employees there knows you get plenty of fries. I pay good money for 5 guys and this isn’t right. Just a expensive McDonald’s

Place is really good! Fresh fresh fresh……, Fries went in bag as I picked it up! Really good burger and lots of topping choices….(think about slaw y’all). I feel it’s a little pricey, about $10 bucks a burger… At least it’s tasty and fresh to order…..

Every time I’ve come, the staff is helpful and never rush us when ordering. They have yet to mess up an order, which is impressive. The fries are almost always on point (I think once in 15 months they’ve been just okay). The seating is pretty clean.

Enjoyed 2 very delicious hot dogs while there for lunch, as well as a nice handful of peanuts in the shell. The place was clean, and tidy; the workers were attentive and polite, quick to serve and very amiable; and 2 of their district managers who happened to be there at that time were quite interested in my enjoyment of my dining experience.
