Staff are friendly, food is standard, never had a problem with our order after 2 years picking up food here. As for the rest? It’s a Five Guys: I’m not going to give a fast food chain 5 stars. Still the best quick burger in the Delaware-Maryland-Virginia area in my opinion. Pricey by comparison but you get your money’s worth.

I love a good, juicy, meaty burger! So I have been trying different places to feed that craze. I went to five guys in Norfolk with my son to try out their burgers. We got there around eight thirty in the evening and some people were dining inside but most of the people came and picked up the meals they ordered and left.

i ordered thru door dash. my cheeseburger was fine. My issue is why i was given the over cooked fries, COVERED in salt. My almost $6 order of French fries were inedible and i’m offended.

Best cheese burger and fries, I see that they were using peanut oil and cajan spice for frying. People who have peanut allergy please avoid this place. But for others this is amazing. The fries are unbelievable. Every bite of burger we felt the freshness and tenderness of the meat. However, the price is slightly on the higher end.

just wanted to highlight the excellence of the customer service experience we had. Jacob and his staff were EXCELLENT. i am traveling and stopped here 10 minutes before they closed(not my proudest moment but i was very hungry) and we were treated like royalty. thank you to jacob and his staff for the amazing experience. also, our food was delicious and fast.
