Food is always good at Five Guys but there’s a black woman here, who I think is the manager which makes it much worse, who gets super frustrated if you pull up an hour before they close… so be sure not to pull up after 9 pm at this location (even though they close at 10 pm.) I felt super uncomfortable hearing her shout to her co-workers about how multiple people want to come in during the last hour……as if they arent open until 10 pm….. simply find a new job or learn some customer service skills.

We are big fans of Five Guys burgers. Working just two blocks away this is a go to lunch spot for us. The burgers are always fresh, there are shelled peanuts for immediate gratification. We like the select-a-drink machines for a wide range of choices in sodas and drinks. When you say a small fry be prepared to open a large lunch sack size. The staff greet you immediately upon entering the building, and again when you approach the counter. In the last few years I can easily say I have never been disappointed. There is ample parking as this five guys is in a small shopping center. I have always found it clean, with clean restrooms and exterior.

Call for curbside was told it was for takeout and would have to come in to get it. When I got in several employees were just standing around. I always tip well for curbside and they lost out on a $10 tip will go to five guys in Central Park next time

Y’all bring your wallet unless your used to paying $24 for regular bacon cheeseburger, fries, and drink. And they ask for a tip. Burgers are great, but I’ll take $10 regular bacon cheeseburger, fries, and drink at COOKOUT without computer begging for a tip Really? We serve ourselves. Only thing I didn’t do is cook food but certainly paid for it.

Placed large pre-order for a work event the Thursday before the Monday it was needed. Walked in to pick up, but their system wouldn’t let them see the details of the order, just the amount. Had to relay order to employee verbally before they even started my order. They did work quickly to get the order complete, one sandwich was missing, but everything else was good. Employees were super friendly and apologetic. Order was placed for 1130, I left with the order around 1210.
