IFive guys hamburgers are great. And their French fries. Their service is speedy and the food is good. The free peanuts help the wait go quickly. The bathrooms are clean and the staff is courteous. Prices are going up and they are not an exception.

I drive for gig delivery companies. Five guys is the worst to deliver for. They make you stand in line with the customers. Wait your turn then explain who you are. They then print out the order and send it back to be prepared. But they’ve already clicked Order is ready for pickup in the software so the driver is dispatched. I won’t pick up from there no matter how it harms my acceptance rate. And on top of that their ridiculous greasy bags soil my car. And their hamburgers are just mediocre at best and their fries are just a soggy mess.

I’ve visited this location many times and despite the above average service, high quality food I’ve been disappointed multiple times due to the operating hours. Five Guys is supposed to be open from 11am-10pm according to the hours of operation listed on their door. I’ve counted over five times in a year where this location has closed before 8 pm, sometimes even on the weekend. This is unacceptable. If these new hours coincide with the operating hours of the mall/building it’s attached to, then update the hours on the door/website. Don’t blatantly lie to your customers, your rating reflects that deception.

Showed up at 920, walked in and the employee says, if I don’t have an online order they aren’t taking any more. I said you close at 10 right, he says yeah, but we aren’t taking any more tonight. Nobody else in there, they are hardly in the weeds. Complete waste of a trip, bye five guys, lazy employees.

Just got my take out order, they were awesome! The workers there were so accommodating and understanding! Since my sons have a sesame allergy, I asked for a grilled cheese and burger on hot dog buns and the guys understood right away and cleaned the grill, got new gloves and made their order specially and carefully. It was awesome to see the manager lead the staff through the process. It looked like they knew what they were doing for sure! It’s great to see young people working hard and working together! Definitely coming back again!
