This Five Guys location must be using the world’s smallest patties. $12 for a burger that might have a combined 3oz of meat is outrageous. You expect to pay more because it’s the airport. What you don’t expect is to have a significantly worse product compared to other locations.

I love me some Five Guys! I was happy to find that there was a Five guys next to my gate before I flew out of IAD.

Exactly what you expect from a airport restaurant, very overpriced for what you get, most of the employees were perfectly fine doing their job, but they had quite the character handing out orders. The gentleman had a great sense of humor and repeatedly had customers laughing in the short time I was there, and he was plenty generous with the fries. I don’t mind paying the high prices, but give that man a raise.

Fast food in a airport. Nothing more, nothing else. The staff was quick in taking and making the orders.

Quality was as expected from Five Guys but very expensive. (~$16 for a double bacon cheeseburger) Burger patties seemed significantly smaller than I recall from other Five Guys. Though, the gentlemen handing out orders was a bit much for 5:15 a.m..

Fiiiiive Guuuuuys! Flight didn’t leave for another hour, looked around the terminal for some breakfast and saw the beautiful Five Guys sign in the distance. Got an egg and cheese breaky sammy with a burger patty in it. Was it basically a cheeseburger with an egg in it? Yup. Was it one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had? Yup. 5/5.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had with five guys, pun intended. The chashier was not friendly, didn’t let me order what I want, and had no cares to give. To be fair if I was dealing with passengers all day I’d be the same way.

Breakfast sandwich was surprisingly great! The portion of bacon on it was generous, but I could have used less cheese. They’ll let you put any of the burger toppings on it — I recommend the grilled onion.
