Great food, all made fresh and you can see them making the food. Best burgers in town for takeout and dine-in. Milkshakes are great and the fries are amazingly fresh and plentiful. Do not order a large fry by yourself or you will be eating fries all day 🙂

Ordered for curbside pickup after a long day of work and my sons baseball game. When I ordered , it showed that it would be ready within fifteen minutes which is great. I ordered through the app and did all the steps saying “I’m on my way” “I’m here” but the thing is we waited in the car for 32 minutes wondering what was going on….. i decided to go inside to see my milkshakes sitting beside a hot grill melting, and my food in a bag getting cold. I asked politely “hey I’ve been at curbside pick up for the past thirty minutes- the name is Morgan Spencer. Can you check?” The kid told me “we’re short staffed.” Okay i understand as I work in healthcare and understand the staff shortage but wow! My phone number was clearly on the receipt. Someone should have called me to let me know curbside ordering was not available and that i would need to come pick it up. I wouldn’t have minded! But sitting in the front of the store at curbside only to be ignored by all the employees, with my family waiting to eat dinner was just absolutely uncalled for! I spent $60 on three burgers and three milkshakes. We showed up at 8:12 willing to wait and didn’t leave until 8:40… that’s NOT okay. GET BETTER ATTENTIVE STAFF. This was the last time i will ever give my money to five guys. I’m livid i even had to give one star.

I thought all Five Guys would be the same. Not true! Ate at one in Chantilly and it was awful. Too many pickles, too much Mayo, and ketchup and almost no mustard. Didn’t realize how good you guys were! Keep up the good work!

Was craving a burger and went to five guys. You can go with one patty or two and add bacon and/or cheese. I love that you can customize your burger with whatever toppings you like. The fries come in a few sizes and they do not skimp. The regular is plenty even for someone who is hungry. The large is enough for several people. The fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with just enough salt. Couple that with a burger done just they way you like on a seasame bun and a cold coke and you have yourself a nice meal!

Made a mistake of ordering here. Paid for a bacon cheeseburger and got a regular cheeseburger with toppings barely sprinkled on top. All for 17 bucks and change.

Always great burgers and Cajun fries. Overall the food is consistent in quality and really good. However lately prices have got quite expensive there.

In and out with hot fresh custom made burgers in no time. Friendly servers and they got everything right. Peanuts if you want a snack while you wait. Our order was out too fast for that. If you like Five Guys you’ll love this one. Not busy on a weekday at 1:00, so a great spot to grab a fast lunch.
