There is an employee named Anthony that works at the Lincoln highway five guys in Oxford valley and he is the best. He is always working every time I come in. This guy goes above and beyond Every time. Not only is he cleaning up and wiping tables he also works the register and cooks! He is always on top of his game making sure everything is going well. He is an amazing employee and he deserves a raise or promotion for sure! I made sure to get his name before I left to make sure he gets recognition for his hard work.

The place smells like bleach however the floors are still dirty. Asked for a cup of water, asked if I wanted a “regular” cup, charged 3.09 for a soda for a cup of water. $23 for one lunch.

I got the bacon double cheeseburger with fries and when I tell you it’s worth every penny I’m not lying I been eating McDonald’s tryna save money but sacrificing my taste buds the burger that five guys offers is top tier the price is not bad compared to the taste that you get quality food cooked to perfection thanks for the food five guys will definitely be back

I called in and placed my order they were very pleasant even though it was almost 10pm got there to pick it up within 5 minutes n it was ready about 5 min later. Got home and unfortunately we only got single burgers I ordered double. But because it was after 10pm I couldn’t call to let them know. So I went in the next night to let them know and the I believe manager right away apologized and made the entire order for us again. She was very apologetic and told her they were very busy last night it’s understandable. So not only do they have the best burgers in town but they have amazing customer service as well. They are always very pleasant when we go in to order no matter the time which is very unusual most places they are miserable when you come in at the very end of the night! Love you guys your all amazing n pleasant! A#1 service!

One of the worst places ever!! And the price I had to pay for 2 burgers (1 of them w/cheese) ff n sm.drink was ridiculous!! Really!! Roll was stale, frozen hamburger patty, it just sucked for the price I had to pay! Never again. Hell, I go to McDonalds first, and I don’t even like them!!

Really good, friendly service at this Five Guys. Everything is made to order so the endless roasted peanuts are a nice touch while you wait. The burgers have that summertime cookout feel, cooked perfectly with lots of topping options. They are very generous with their french fry portions so order accordingly.
