If I could rate it 0, I would! BF went there for a little bacon cheeseburger and he was given a sorry made regular cheeseburger. He said he told the cashier little bacon, and I believe him because he reads out my order exactly how I text it to him. It was a 30 minute drive there and back so no, I can’t come back. I literally ate a few bites in utter agony. It’s like when you’re craving something so bad, get your appetite up by watching 5guys mukbang videos on YouTube, just to get it and it not be made correctly. I literally wanted to cry. The burger wasn’t even charred right. Irwin’s 5guys taste NOTHING like Monroeville OR Oakland. That’s weird to me. Like y’all couldn’t even season the burger patty either. It didn’t even taste the same I ONLY ever get a little bacon cheeseburger. I ALWAYS get my chzburgers with bacon. They tried to offer to remake but I can’t travel another hour lol, and I just always feel uncomfortable because anyone can do anything spiteful to my food. I was sooo hungry it was sad. Each bite was forced and nasty to me. Just sad. Spent 15+ for no absolute reason. It was literally a waste of my money. And who wants to waste their hard earned money.?! Oh yeah asked for lite Cajun fries and they didn’t do light Cajun because they were salty. Maybe it’s the way he looked they didn’t gaf. Don’t make it right. First and Last time ever giving 5 guys in IRWIN my money!

Mad respect. I pulled in 10 minutes before closing (so sorry to be that person!) and Andrew was ready and rocked it. I ordered 2 burgers and a large fry, and Andrew didn’t bat an eyelash. He also didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing him. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you!

2 Cheeseburgers, 1 order of fries (wimpy ones at that) to be shared between two people, and a chocolate shake that was fair at best came to $40 with tax and tip. While the food was good, it wasn’t $40 good. I could have gotten the same from Wendy’s and saved allot of money and have close to the equivalent quality. Sorry 5 Guys.

Tried five guys for the first time today and I have to say I was very disappointed. Placed an order at 8:30pm and didn’t receive our order till 10pm. Of course our food was cold when we received it but the most disappointing part was the quality. It was sub par at best. The burger had NO flavor and t bun was soaked with grease. The hot dog was not what I expected after paying 8 dollars for it. Could have got a better hot dog at sheets. After paying 70 dollars for 2 burgers a hot dog and fries I can honestly say Five guys is not worth it. High prices for sub par food. I WOULD NOT recommend Five guys to anyone.
