My first time visiting this location, but my 6th Five Guys overall. I actually came to shop at another store in the plaza and was pleasantly surprised to see this restaurant, so I decided to make an unexpected stop! It was a Monday evening at around 5:30pm with only a couple other people trickling in and out while I was there. Despite the quiet the 5-6 visible employees all kept busy cleaning the seating area or preparing food, unlike another location I’ve been to with too much goofing off.

Usually much better service and quality but for some reason today, patties crispy on one side, not enough toppings, fries were undercooked and not the typical portions. Not worth the price paid.

I really do not understand how this place has almost 5 stars. The food did not taste good. Almost $60 and we threw most of it away. Buns seemed old. Grilled cheese were black from being burnt. Not sure why my food tasted like onions. Maybe they grilled onions at the same time. Very disappointing. Maybe it was just a bad day, a really bad day. Probably won’t be coming back. Too expensive to throw away.

The burgers are so delicious. The staff is always very nice and fast. The supervisor seems very on top of everything. They do a really amazing job every time I come in.
