We spent close to $80 on 4 burgers and a large fry and not only did they mess up the toppings on the burgers but they only filled our large fry cup up halfway! There were also no fries at the bottom of the bag and this has never happened in the 6 years we’ve been eating at Five Guys! To make matters worse, when I called, the guy who picked up the phone was so rude. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me “to call back in 20 mins” and then they were unreachable! How unprofessional and not worth the $80 we spent! What a way to ruin our family’s night!

Burger was great. Had a bacon cheeseburger with every topping and it wasn’t soggy whatsoever which was surprising. Very filling and delicious fresh toppings. got a small Cajun fry to share and was a little disappointed by portion size for prize. That’s basically my biggest complaint. Portions vs price are not there in my opinion. Yes everything is expensive these days, but five guys was this pricy before too. That’s the reason we’ve steered clear for over 6 years. $40 for two burgers and a small fry. Also heads up everything is extremely greasy. Don’t put the bag or anything on your car seats, lap or furniture if taking it to go.

This location was very dirty! All the tables were dirty, we had to wipe our own to have a clean one. All the garbage cans were full and over flowing. There was only 2 other people when we got there, so it’s not like they were busy and couldn’t clean. The food was good and service was quick, just filthy!

We did a pick up around 3pm during the week and the wait was about 10min! The food is good, fresh cut fries, I got the small and that’s great for me. The small cheese burger with toppings (unlimited) 4 small pickles, so sad..but my burger was yummy

So I’ve been to two different five guys locations, this one in Monroeville and also the one in Oakland. The only difference I noticed were the fries were infinitely better in Monroeville, but both burgers were exactly the save level of deliciousness. Didn’t take long to get the food and it’s always fresh and hot. Both locations were very clean and there was a lot of open space for sitting down to enjoy your lunch. I would definitely recommend five guys if you’ve never been. But expect to spend about 20.00 if you’re alone or multiply that times the number of people you have. I spent about 54.00 for 2 burgers 2 fries and 2 drinks.
