Walking in it looks like a nice but casual place. The service was great. The gentleman who took my order was polite, pleasant, and asked all the right questions about what I wanted for my burger. He also brought me my receipt when I forgot it. My food came quickly, and was so good! I know the one in Moon is new but I would highly recommend it!

I went in about a week and a half ago, and need to share my experience as it has still stuck with me. We came in as a group of three and were greeted by a lovely man who ended up taking our order. He was extremely pleasant, attentive and kind. I would’ve given this a 5 star if this was based on my experience with him alone, but I can’t help but leave a review on the women he unfortunately has to work with. While taking our order, she rudely interrupted to try and inquire about how many patties she needed to put on the grill to get the order started. While I appreciate her trying to get started on the order ahead of time, she was publically snarky and speaking inappropriately to her co-worker. Telling him to stop talking while she is speaking and interrupting (mind you, she was the one who decided to jump in to the middle of our conversation and made the ordering experience extremely confusing). After that debaucle she again afterwards publically put him down in an extremely rude way by saying “please don’t interrupt me while I’m talking to customers again”.

At this Five Guys the employee cooking the food threw the burger patties down on the grill. He slammed the cheese down on the grill first. The manager has not responded to my complaint. Maybe she doesn’t think his handling of her products is a problem. I won’t go there again.I asked for a refund.

Just a warning: this has to be one of the smallest five guys I have been to. Limited seating. The service was great, the food tasted wonderful and the place was clean.
