I have dined at pretty much every Five Guys in Rochester New York. And I can say that this location is the cleanest friendliest and most accommodating. The manager with the long dreads was very kind to my fiance’s wishes on food preparation and the portion was awesome with the food in general. Even the girl that handed me my order was very courteous and really makes me want to eat another Burger LOL!

Worst location I’ve ever been to!! My burger was undercooked, the bun was smashed flat and soggy, the tomatoes were so under ripe that they were white and crunchy, and they put on onions which I didn’t order. Never again!

I’ve eaten at Five Guys at the Twelve Corner’s many times, awesome! This evening, SUCKED! The fries seemed like left overs, about 1/3 of them were non eidble, the burgers, well… going to McDonald’s would have been better…truth!

Food was great. Fries and Burgers are so good. I love that you can add so many toppings and really customize your burger. Especially happy about how they handle GF for those with Celiac disease. They change their gloves and you can see the food being made in front of you . The dining room was a little messy, hence the fewer stars. Overall, great meal.

My friend and I stopped into Five Guys for Burgers and Fries for lunch on the way home from church today. Still the best Burgers and Fries. Freshest! Never frozen meat and fries that were whole potatoes this morning. Service with a smile, even with a mask. Fast food worth leaving a tip, but even with a modest tip, two single-patty Burgers and a bag of Fries was $30. Talk about inflation!

A chain restaurant and the burgers are pretty good. If you’ve never been, you get two patties and there are like 20+ toppings. Free peanuts to eat while you’re waiting. French fries are great and if you get to go you’ll have more fries than you can eat.
