Always fast, always tasty. The menu is simple but they do it well. One critique would be, in my mind I thought their fries used to be known for being crispy. Am I wrong about that? We eat there maybe once every couple months and recently for as long as I can remember, their fries have been served rather soggy and some being underdone.

I’ve never had an issue with this location until my last visit. Service is always fast and friendly and the food is always good. Recently I ordered my food to go and ordered a large fry with it. I’m used to receiving a full cup stuffed with fries as well as about another cup’s worth in the bottom of the bag. I attached a picture of all I received on my last visit. Remember, large fries cost over $6.00. I do not hold honest mistakes against employees that are working hard so instead I emailed their corporate office just to make sure that they hadn’t changed their policy on how many fries a customer gets. It has been a week since this review and I haven’t gotten a response from their corporate. Once again, they have great employees and food, but there is zero communication from their corporate office; not even an auto-reply. Now I know that the company is successful because of the hard work of the local employees. How embarrassing that the corporate office doesn’t reflect the same effort.
