I was on a vacation to Syracuse when me and sisters discovered this place near the Marshalls Outdoor Mall. We told our dad we were hungry so he brought us there. We got Oreo Milkshakes and they tasted BEYOND amazing. They were so delicious we came back 3 more times for them before leaving back for home. Love the place and although the waiting time can be pretty long sometimes, it’s an amazing place.

management wasnt even on the line then when i did see management seemed like they were all over the place an didnt seem to know what they were doing my burger was uncooked fries were burnt to where they were as hard as a rock i seen more fooling around then getting the job done just an overall bad experience an wouldnt recommend this five guys on s crouse to anyone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So disappointing. When the franchise first came to Syracuse it was such a great alternative to fast food burgers and fries. The fresh cut fries used to be crispy and delicious. The burgers as well had a juicy made at home flavor. Sadly not anymore. The fries were at best oily and tasted of fryer oil that hasn’t been changed in days. Over greasy but not in any way crisp. The burger, meh, at best. Too bad that this chain has lost focus on thier initial plan to raise the standard of a fast casual burger and fries. Sad.

I’m a student at SU This place is Awful I called in to order my food ahead of time on 9/19 and was hung up on. When I got to the restaurant the guy at the cash register was very rude and I ended up waiting 25 minutes for my food I will not be returning to this place!

I thoroughly disliked the service at this Five Guys – most Five Guys I’ve been too have been very accommodating, but this store simply lacks the ability to satisfy any of its customers. The store, for being what it is (a fast food franchise), simply closes too early for any average man/woman who works late in the evening. I hope this store remains open later into the night.

I’m a regular customer, I’ve been seeing a decline in customer service here. I ordered over the phone at 850pm on Jan 21. I went to pickup the food 10 minutes later, food wasn’t ready. I waited around 30 minutes for them to make the food, why did I call it in if I’m going to have to wait for it? I waited so long for the food the burger was cold and soggy. Food was about 18 dollars Staff is overall inattentive and they ignored me several times.
