Great food cooked perfectly and great service from the employees. I really like the double cheeseburger with fried onions and ketchup, I think it is an awesome Burger just the right combination of things on it, not too much. Best burger around. The fries are really great too very fresh Idaho potatoes are used and fried in 100% peanut oil. I highly recommend going there if you’re passing by and haven’t been in there you definitely have to give it a try, you will not be disappointed. Very hard to beat the burger Great taste and great service that you can’t go wrong with.

Delicious burgers, every time. Fries are delicious, too. We ordered the largest-sized fries to share for a few of us and at first when I saw the container, I wasn’t overly impressed. However, my daughter delivered the bag and said they take another scoop of fries and dump it straight in the bag. Perfect! Built-in bagglers, turned out to be the right amount. Fancy fountain drink machine inside offering a large variety of drinks with free refills.

Stopped by this location and like most Five Guys establishments I was pleased. The staff is always friendly and patient with people selecting what they want to eat. The cooks do an amazing job at preparing the food you order. The ingredients are extremely fresh. And the place was very clean. I will say you will spend a bit more money here than other places however what you get in return is well worth the difference. If you haven’t been to this place I suggest you go and try a burger and some cajin fries also treat yourself to a thick shake.

I took two of my kids here after shopping in the area. Had not been to a Five Guys burger place before, and the employee who took our order was very helpful in explaining how things worked and helping with the menu. 5 stars! The food took a little bit of time but to be expected as it was busy when we arrived. The burgers and fries were hot and very fresh. Great flavor for the food and my toddler enjoyed it as well.

We had a great lunch today at the Clay Five Guys. Lots of people to help, order taker was knowledge, food was fresh and Burger was juicy and delicious. Fries were real Idaho potatoes and very good. Would love them to add option for ranch dressing or maybe even an egg. Some kind of discount or loyalty program would be great as well, so we could afford to come more often. Keep up the good work, Five Guys (there were a lot more than five people working today, just in case you thought that’s what they meant… 🙂

Let me tell you this… First off, we love Five Guys. It’s pricey, but I don’t care. I love every location, and I’ve been to many!! This ‘new’ store, hands down, is THE BEST!!! We made the mistake of stopping during a Friday night dinner rush. We had two parties before us that hadn’t ordered yet. Literally placed our order within five minutes of walking in! The place was packed!! People were getting their orders in a matter of minutes!! This location was fully staffed and not one staff member wasn’t on their A game. Our order came up within 8 minutes from the time we ordered. PHENOMENAL SERVICE FROM EVERY EMPLOYEE. The minute a table left, someone immediately cleaned it. Yall definitely deserve 10 STARS. Whoever sees this within the corporate office of the company, please forward this message to everyone employed at the Clay NY location. I’ve been in restaurant industries for over twenty-five years. Yall totally impressed me.
