we were at this location 6/27/23. It was my 1st time ever having five guys but my husband has had it several times. We definitely recommend this store location . The 2 gentlemen that was at this location was so nice and they cooked our food so yummy. They were very professional. I thought it was cool that we could eat peanuts when we waited for our food that my favorite snack . So everything was delicious and perfect. The burgers are so good and feeling. And we tried the Cajun fries 1st time for me as well wow definitely delicious! Definitely recommend to go to this location. I will if I’m back in the area.

Alright so I’ve tried every five guys around and this one is consistently the best. Burgers smashed and cooked proper, fries always fresh and salted properly.

First off, the staff here is fantastic! They are always friendly and pleasant and just wonderful all around. Occasionally the food takes a little longer than usual but when it happens they always handle it very well (communicating with customer, throw some extra fries in, etc). The prices have gotten a bit high imo but that is not staff’s fault. The food is usually pretty good and the staff is always great.

Great five guys and wonderful customer service. I didn’t get his name but the man at the register was very kind and friendly. He even gave my son a small milkshake for being polite to him which was so nice. Little things like that make such a difference and really lock in your choices to continue giving a place your business. We just moved to the area and tried another five guys the opposite way from this location and it was probably the worst five guys I’ve ever had. The food was terrible compared to this location and many others I’ve been to. Will never give the Quakerbridge Road five guys my service after such great service and food from this location… on to review their page.

Burgers were ok. Fries are not very crispy and too much salt. My main complaint is the lady took our order was not professional. May be she was new, not fully knowing how to use the cash register. We ordered a regular fries and burgers, and we wanted to change the fries to large size. She didn’t know how to change it and asked her coworker how, and said we, as the customers, ‘messed up’ the order, she doesn’t want to delete the burger order and redo it. And for the whole time while we ordered our food, she just gave us the feeling we were bothering her. But the 2 guys in the kitchen were very nice and polite.
