The employees here is why I’m giving it a 1 star. They give attitude for absolutely anything even the amount of toppings you want to add onto a sandwich. My sandwich was made WRONG the ingredients I picked were on the receipt and they only added one topping are you serious ?

Ordered a lettus wrap burger. It was Just layers of very wet lettus that is not holding the patties. At least dry the lettus up and wrap the patties. Unfortunately, I had to throw it away because the water made a big mess and tasted horrible

Really poor service, ordered veg burger and I have been told I will get a grilled burger but from no angle it was grilled (not even veggies, cabbage was yellowish means it was not fresh) . I was able to eat hardly 2 bytes and thrown rest of the burger in trash. Later had Chipotle,please improve your service.

Finally, they are open in the Bistro food court. Great selection of burgers at a decent price. Tasty, but their buns don’t hold up real well. French fries are great. Quick service.

Good service, food qualty also good. The main drawback is this is the Garden State Mall location. Very busy, and prices much higher than other locations – because it is the mall. Choose another one if you want to avoid the mall, and all the issues with it.

My burger was overcooked and overpriced. The wait was really long and the fries soggy. This was a really disappointing lunch that cost me $15. I can only imagine it’s because there were only 2 guys. One star per guy. I recommend getting more guys, making better food and charging less.
