Visited Five Guys at the Wayne Rt 23 location July 21, 2023. I am very disappointed. Every Five Guys restaurant typically over flows fries in the paper bag. If you order a medium fries they would give the equivalent of 2+ medium sized cups. But the Five Guys in Wayne Rt 23 barely gave 1.5 cups worth of fries. This is the reason for the 2stars. Otherwise the food quality, staff and atmosphere are all great.

So I enjoy a Diet Coke with my burger and fries. Sue me. Neither soda machine could produce it. Service staff couldn’t or wouldn’t help. For twenty bucks I couldn’t get a satisfactory experience. COVID still haunts us with terrible customer service at so many places including this one. Frustrating!! I will not return. Diners make burgers!

As much as I love the FiveGuys franchise, I dislike this particular location. It’s not the service inside that I don’t like, what I don’t like is that the online ordering is NEVER functioning (like a 1 in 4 chance). I don’t understand why this store in particular seems to have problems with online orders but it’s really frustrating because I like ordering ahead to eat before going to the movies. If I can’t order ahead there, I end up going to the other stores nearby that do allow online ordering. So then you guys lose business, and I’m disappointed too because I did have a craving for it. I hope that this issue gets resolved, if it’s a need for an IT guy to fix the service or whatever, might be worth investing.
