I love when people complain “Five Guys is SO EXPENSIVE!” Really? Look, EVERYTHING is expensive, and besides, ever hear the expression “you get what you pay for?” There ya go. Everyone has their own personal tastes, and that’s fine, but for my money, no burger ANYWHERE (fast casual or otherwise) can touch Five Guys. End of story. Now this particular burger could have had the cheese a bit more melted, but that’s nitpicking, the damn thing was awesome. Fries (small) were fresh and more than enough. Service was a bit slow but it was a Sunday and the place was JAMMED. Gee, maybe it’s because the food is so good. YA THINK?

Fantastic! Love five guys, especially their gluten free lettuce wraps. Chips were superb as usual.

My burger was hard, cold and RAW on the inside. Fries were just bad. Cold, unseasoned… Chocolate milkshake tasted like it was blended with feces. The milkshake was so bad, I asked for a fountain drink to get a coke and the cup was dirty. Are you serious?? And don’t get me started on customer service. Employees barely look you in the eye. They are talking to each other while you are trying to take your order, walk away from you mid sentence, then give you an attitude when you ask a question. Whoever manages this location NEEDS to be re-trained or REPLACED. Absolutely disgusting.

Food was fine, fries were like homemade , a little soft. The burger tasted good. Quick service. Loved the peanuts. Those with allergies keep away.

Ordered online of course to cut waiting. This time I got a cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce topped with pickles, onions, tomatoes, mayo and ketchup for myself. It was sooooo good omg I wanted another one! The vegetables were so crisp and fresh and I’m thankful for the no bun option as well.

I don’t care what y’all have to say, Five Guys is definitely superior to Shake Shack and In-N-Out! The presentation is not at the same level but taste is superior.

My first time there and the food was good. A little pricey but, isn’t everything in 2023. It was clean and well stocked. I would go back

It’s gone down hill a lot, at least as an eat-in restaurant. Filthy tables. No ketchup in the dispensers, and no effort to replace when informed. No trays for the peanuts. The only way to get water was to purchase a soft drink cup. The food itself was still pretty good, but the fries tasted a bit like old oil. Overall, it was not worth the price of the meal.

Been going here for years, since they’ve been open. We usually get good burgers and fries here. I like the toppings choices and that you’re not charged extra for each simple addition. Service has been friendly, accurate and prompt, even when they’re crowded. Tables and counters are usually cleaned well. I do not, however, recommend getting burgers all of the way to go. The buns get soggy.

When my daughter asked to speak to the manager cause our fries were forgotten , i think his name was jesse It was a very unpleasant experience. My daughter is 11 years old and he was talking to her in i would say i flirty way. And everyone around us noticed too. Overall unpleasant experience wouldn’t recommend
