I’m honestly not a huge burger person. I prefer a nice steak or something different I’ve never tried. When I do crave a burger… Five Guys is my spot! I’ve even tried burgers at Fatty Pattys and Texas road house. I did not enjoy fatty pattys burger. And I LOVE Texas Road House, but for me when it comes down to a great burger and fries… Five Guys is where it’s at!

I had a very poor experience attempting to dine her tonight. I called and they put me on a 5 minute hold, then i hung up and called back, they had disconnected the line and ended all service for the night. I am extremely disappointed in this establishment and it’s poor management and service. I will be speaking with corporate about this and seek for managerial change. Once again very disappointed.

When the last two orders were being completed, the general manager went into the kitchen area and literally dressed one bun and said, and I quote, “wow that was a crazy rush)” I came in during a rush and saw the general manager on his phone by the drink machines for at least 15 minutes just giggling and smiling at his phone, while his employees were working hard to get all of these orders out looking like they could really use an extra hand.

When you walk in they have piled a large amount of cooking oil and bags of fries right in front of the door. After I ordered bacon burger fries and a milkshake it came out to over $27 way overpriced I will never go there again

Best burger around! Dariel was super friendly. The Cajun spice fries are awesome too. There is a handicap access tea dispenser and seating that is nice and convenient. The location is a good.

Aside from price $$$$ this little shop is top notch. Burgers never disappoint. Fries overflow containers and they have malt vinegar for your fries . Great place in Shelton to grab a bite to eat.
