Sooo I’ve always had a love hate relationship with five guys. Now, hate me to strong of a word but, I would have a bunch mediocre experiences which is totally good but, being in the North now after traveling, I just had a great experience at this spot. I had done it online order and unfortunately the iced tea was no longer at this store. But, there was a wonderful person who greeted me and then also was the one that told me about the discontinued iced tea day instantly told me I could get a milkshake or another drink.

Nobody does fast food burgers better! Made to order, fresh, and hot. Only place that still serves hand-cut fries!!! You can’t even find those in an upscale restaurant anymore. Just ask for some lightly salted, though. This location tends to be heavy handed w the shaker. All Five Guys have the same atmosphere. Depending on the location, the time of day, and the manager on duty you can find them in varying degrees of cleanliness. Good thing is your food comes in a bag for staying or going!! First impressions are important because a tone is set. We ordered remotely and stopped to pick up. Busy staff but help was immediate. The order was ready consisting of two burgers. Food was hot and packaged accordingly. Cooked properly and delightful! Will visit again because the price was very reasonable!

Their burgers are fine, standard smashburger style. The pre-cooked bacon that they put on them is paper thin, so I personally wouldn’t bother with that. Their french fries are delicious, and to me that’s the only reason to bother going there. Their milkshakes are overly sweet and taste fake. If, however, you are going to order French fries, you might want to order them lightly salted. I ordered mine with one quarter the usual amount of salt because on my previous visit they were so salty as to be effectively inedible. I wiped salt off them with my napkins after shaking them in the bag and still only got a few down

Best damn burgers. I’m only writing this review because of the service I experience tonight (march 16th) the night staff was phenomenal. The two employees manning the front were so sweet despite our late order and made everything beautifully. Lucy and Hailey were fantastic and made our night so much better. Thank you five guys and those two specifically for the awesome experience.

Nice spot to grab dinner and they definitely didnt miss , from the staff to the food all was good place was pretty dead but that seems the usual for that time of nite ,

I love this place and the staff but what’s the point in a drive thru window if your not gonna use it? Been waiting twenty mins at the pick up window for a doordash order. I saw the front – barley anyone here .
