In the diary, New Hampshire we had nothing but a great experience. when my daughter dropped her milkshake She was so upset that she made a mess. But they Immediately made her a new one and told her not to worry about it. Also THE Food is really good, the staff is friendly and they remembered us when we walked back in and made us feel welcomed. And you know about to worry when you get your Food, you’re not checking the French fries to make sure they’re hot. Like other big chains, their food is always hot and delicious. I recommend this Burger joint over any.

Can you give Five Guys less than five stars? Burgers are fresh and always taste good. Worth premium price IMHO. Have never seen them make an order mistake. Free refills. One complaint: the plastic shield that protects the register operator is difficult to talk through. Have to really raise your voice. Hopefully covid is gone soon.

5 Guys in Derry has a very high turn over rate . The burger is never consistent . One thing they are very consistent is not filling up the whole cup of fries. I remember back in the day they used to over fill it and even have tons in the paper bag . But it wasn’t the one in Derry tho
