Not too crowded during lunch time. Five Guys food is great. I love the freshness of their fries and burgers. This location is fast depending on how busy it is. If you’re craving Five Guys when you land in RI, this is where you should ask your rideshare to take you.

Great service, excellent food as usual, and the store was really clean. The drive in appears to only be for pre-ordered food (online) so doing an order for pick up might be the fastest way to get your meal unless you want to eat in the dining area. We ate in the dining area and it wasn’t too crowded. The was one minor issue with the soda machine which the manager fixed right away. I was most impressed by the customer service because not only was the manager and staff responsive, but they also seemed happy to be working there. Made for a nice experience.

Burger was cheesy, juicy and spot on flavor. One thing I ordered was missing…bacon. My bad, though, because I was enjoying it so much I didn’t realize the bacon was missing until last bite. Just wish there were more cheese and bun options like at another similar burger joint.

Disclaimer: I love five guys normally. This particular location has burned us MANY times now. Order online, pick up, get home and burgers are wrong, both. And not just missing like, pickles…. How about the entire burger, sauce, toppings being wrong!!! Tickets are correct, but I guess they can’t read well. Now I wouldn’t post this review if this were one time….this last times now makes it 8 times!!!! That’s when you know it’s the location, no one cares. All other five guys I visit are great, but this location won’t get another dime from me.

Good food , a little pricey but you do get large portions. Seems they need to get the pickup window issues sorted out with people driving up to it to order like it’s a drive through and staying stopped at the window waiting for their food to be made when your behind them in line waiting to pickup your order that’s all ready to go (cause you put the order in before you went there like it’s supposed to work) . Their shakes are amazing though, I will say that.
