I do love Five Guys, but this location in Randolph has been one of the better ones I’ve been to. From the last couple times I went there, they’ve been super consistent with order accuracy and having the food cooked all the way through. They repeat the order when placing it to make sure everything is correct, which is something I think most of not all fast food restaurants should use. Overall, I’ve been satisfied with the service and food from this Five Guys. Next time that I’m in Randolph, this place will definitely be my go-to lunch spot.

0 STARS! This is actually so ridiculous. I ordered a LITTLE BACON CHEESE BURGER and they give me A BUN WITH JUST BACON IN IT. I PAYED 18$ for just BACON AND A BUN?! Get your staff together this is ridiculous. The only explanation I got was “oh it happens sometimes”. This is insane.

Very busy location… should have less supervisors and more crew working… the burgers tasted great BUT THE PRICES ARE ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS NOW $34 FOR 2 LITTLE BURGERS AND 2 SHAKES!!! I COULDN’T BELIEVE IT!!!

Quickly, I’ve been to Five Guys 2 or 3 times and since then it’s been a good experience. My order is taken within 1 minute and served without a long wait. I ordered the Cheeseburger, Fries and bottled Coke. 20 dollars is a bit pricey but the quality is good; plus the burger has 2 patties. The burger is stacked and more than satisfying. The recipe on the fries are robust, tasty and are properly proportioned. Go check it out.

Food is always great, but the service is unreasonably slow. I put in a pickup order, and they didn’t start making it until I showed up 40 minutes later even though it said it was ready at the 30 minute mark. Finally got my order and had to remind them that I ordered a shake.

Burgers are good, Priced on the high side. The workers are violating standard health codes. They have the cashier handling money, touching his hair and other surfaces then proceeding to prepare food without washing his hands or changing gloves. Not good.
