In fairness, Five Guys sources locally grown potatoes to make fresh fries that are outstanding. The smashed burgers are good too. My issue is the price is disproportionate to the level of expectation. If prices went down at least 20%, I would give it five stars.

Gig workers becareful when accepting orders; they will most likely not be ready upon your arrival. I literally saw them sit my order on the table, and the only thing it needed was fries, and they made me wait extra long; it wasn’t into I spoke up that they then handled me my order. Be sure to text your delivery about delays so your score is not affected.

Our visit was pretty crazy. The place was understaffed for game day. The place was not clean because of the crowd and the lack of staff. That said, the staff that was there was exceptional! They handled the load as well as possible and still churned out a great product. I would give the staff 5 stars and the scheduler 3 stars. I don’t know if if the experience was really worth over an hour waiting in line and waiting for our order, but it was warm and dry and the food was great!

Game night – ordered ahead online, recommend that option. Very long line to order in store. I figured I’d be waiting for.ev.er for food…wrong! Food was of good quality, not lousy like you’d expect of a place this busy. Staff was friendly and in decent spirits despite the crowd. My only comment, and only to make your lives easier, put some cups over by the pick-up station so online orders can grab their cups without bothering staff when it’s so busy. Pleasantly surprised. Thanks for the meal!

This Five Guys restaurant was very incompetent. I ordered a PLAIN hamburger and it said plain on it but they still put cheese on it. How does that happen?! When we walked in to get the correct meal, they just turned their machines off right there and offered us a refund. At least we got our money back but still I’m very disappointed in them. 2 stars at best.

We’ve gone here in the past without an issue, 11/9/22 at 7pm was a different story. No bacon, ok it happens. Grilled cheese was over cooked and shakes were gross, way too milky so any fillings sunk to the bottom, didn’t realize a shake could be so gross. Burgers and fries were OK. There was no cleaning happening here at all, kind of looked like nothing in the seating area had been touched all day. Everything was empty, straws, ketchup, etc… Only reason we stayed was to not disappoint 2 young kids but never again.
