Great food and great service here, every time I go in it is very quiet but it means that the staff are very attentive. They do a good job keeping the establishment clean and inviting. My only problem with Five Guys is at a corporate level their prices are just too high for the offerings they have.

Customer Service has dropped dramatically as they can’t seem to maintain a well trained senior staff and instead are constantly hiring new employees. Putting your order in at the front, picking up your order and communicating with the staff is always a struggle and frustrating.

Ordered just a regular fry from the 5 guys site. Got there before my fry was ready. I was the only person waiting for food at the time. I could see that a worker was cooking fries, I figured that was my order. But the employee gave those fries to the other customer. So I had to wait for them to cook another order of fries! Also I did not order Cajun style fries but I could taste the Cajun seasoning which I didn’t necessarily care for.

Tried fives guys for the 1st time, the burger was really good, too much seasoning on the fries, but over all it was good. And I just wanted to note, that any topping(s) you may want is NOT an charged extra (like most places).

Probably not a great idea to send a vegetarian 5 Guys virgin to order/pick up food for 7! The cashier was overwhelmed by my ineptitude but was friendly nonetheless. Then a guy from the back said, “we can do this. We are here to help. We like helping”. I got my order fresh and accurate and felt relieved when I got it back to everyone and they were so happy. I felt terrible for my anxiety in that moment but they were so helpful! Thank you!

I eat at this location quite often. Over the years they have had the hiccups but I’ve gotten better. Tonight I went in and dealt with Ryan who was super pleasant and not in a rush to take my order and let me take my time all while dealing with a credit card machine issue. He handled it like a champ. I also called back to get his name and the female that answered the phone which I forget her name Was also very polite. Good team work
