So disappointing ordered a pickup of 1 regular fry and 1 large Cajun fry to receive semi-filled portions and soggy undercooked fries non-loose in the bag. This location needs quality control! Yes, I’m angry, I’ve spent and wasted hard-earned money, and on top of that, it was a pregnancy craving. I left comments on the app and reordered from one closer to home since I still want my fries.

Great food, nice employees. But waiting over 30 minutes for them to figure out the soda machine was ridiculous. Make sure all your employees know how to change out the cartons of syrup..

Worth the visit only for the seasoned fries. Price for a burger or double burger = price of 3 burgers with fries at Market Basket Kitchen that tastes better. If you like $6 milk shakes, get your food on. Only burger place I’ve been for lunch for 2 and about $20/person, which only makes me want a good IPA or lager. Go get a drink and order seasoned fries to go! Tables were not wiped down and for price I want avocado dip on it.

The worst run Five Guys location there is! When placing your order via the app, make sure you click “on the way” when you leave, then when you arrive, click I’m here, then walk in and tell them your name….think you are done…no way, you will still be waiting as they claim, they didn’t hear the name. Whats the point of the app then?? People will come in and order and get their food while you will still be waiting. Don’t worry though, the staff there is so attentive you will be left twiddling your thumbs as they ignore you. When you finally confront the staff about waiting 50 minutes for a 15 minute order they will make every excuse in the book on why they are running behind. This is not the first time this has happened here. Bottom line is this one location is bringing the whole chain down. Staff could care less about ensuring a positive customer experience.
