The staff was amazing, the prices are great, and service is quick. I tried a slice of cheese pizza which was really good, and the footlong hot dog. The hot dog was good, but it wasn’t a foot long. It was a footlong hoagie roll, cut in half, with a regular size hot dog in each one, as pictured. It tasted great, and I don’t deduct stars for trivial reasons, so it’s still 5 stars for me and I will definitely be back.

I went to 5 boroughs this Pass Sunday I order the Sunday special 18′ pizza unlimited toppings for $10! I order 18′ with beef n chicken it was superb. The pizza was bona-fide, delicious, excellent service. You tell me where u can get 18′ pizza unlimited toppings for $ 10 “NOWHERE’. THEY ALSO HAVE DAILY SPECIALS! THIS PLACE IS THE BEST KEPT SECRET IN NORFOLK!

The ppl were great. Very helpful but the food was good and ok. 1 the pizza was good. 2 the lamb tasted like soap with onions. The meat was tender but the taste was different.

If you’re searching for the best shwarma/gyro in VA, Five Boroughs is the place! I’ve been searching all over the area of Norfolk for a great shwarma/gyro and now I’ve found it! The lamb pita was awesome; if you can take the heat, ask for spicy. The fries were also great! Definitely visiting this place more often!

This place is your quintessential hole-in-the-wall. Finally stopped in and grabbed some grape leaves for a snack after hearing so many tell me how great the food is. And they weren’t lying! I couldn’t plow through them quick enough. They were warm, tasty and so flavorful. I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. Staff was friendly and even asked if I was vegan because the dish was not, and he wanted to be sure I was aware of that. How nice!

Awesome food. No complaints. Good service. Definitely recommend this place. There is place to sit. All the menu is Halal. Listed on the menu and outside. I’m deducting one star because they have a tiny wall AC that does not cool the sitting area. It was hot inside. They need to buy a better AC.

OMG!!!! This food is so amazing! It literally reminds me of home. From the hummus to the lamb to the fresh cucumber and tomato salad, it really does get any better. The employees are so nice and passionate about putting out a good product. I promise, you will not be disappointed
