The outside as well as the inside are not much but really one is not eating based on looks. The help was very helpful and the restaurant was clean. Service was quicker than expected. The Fried Rice was good and the Beef and Broccoli great and plenty of both.

Kung Pao Chicken & Beef Teriyaki – have not had Kung Pao Chicken in awhile, this was very good!!! The Bed Teriyaki was a bit undercooked for my liking, asked for it to be well done but wasn’t to bad. Not a bad experience, will definitely go back.

When you are picking up their food it is very quick they say about 10 to 15 minutes but if you haven’t get delivered it takes a lot longer to get there but also depends on how many drivers they have but when it comes to their food I have never had any complaints

Normally I would give this place 4 stars. They are quick, the prices aren’t bad, and the food is pretty decent (though a few things are somewhat lacking in flavor). Though I’m not usually one to base my opinion on one incident alone; I was in a situation tonight where I had to speak directly to the boss and the circumstances which caused the issue in the first place could have been dealt with in a far more appropriate manner. Therefore, I am changing my rating to one star after my experience tonight. I ordered a combination plate which includes 5 different appetizers and comes with rice, which is what I typically order. I have been a frequent customer at this establishment for about three years now, ordering every couple of months or so and I don’t usually have an issue. Tonight, I began eating my meal immediately upon delivery and noticed right away that the first item I tried was undercooked. I then put that down and proceeded to try a bite of the other items, and found them also to be undercooked. Things that would normally have a crunchy coating were falling apart when I picked them up, nothing was golden brown that should have been, and the chicken was still pink and very obviously not safe to eat. I have had orders arrive tasting a bit more “rushed” than usual, but have never felt it was bad enough to complain. This food was DEFINITELY unsafe to eat and quite disgusting. That being said, for the first time ever, I decided it was worth calling in about. The employee who answered the phone knew who I was, which just goes to show that I AM, indeed, a repeat customer at this restaurant. He asked me to hold on a moment so he could put this manager on the phone. When she got in the line, I started off by apologizing for the complaint, and went on to explain the issue. For over 5 minutes, she tried every which way to avoid replacing the food. She kept insisting that I was mistaken, and that the issue could not be undercooked food. I explained that I am very familiar with this combination plate, as I get this exact same thing almost every single time I order and, as I said earlier, have been ordering for several years now. I pointed out the fact that I order frequently enough for her employees to recognize me when I call, and made it clear that I have never once called to complain. I remained polite, as I’ve worked enough customer service jobs to know that it is quite unnecessary to be rude in these situations; but she wouldn’t stop arguing with me. After almost 10 minutes, i finally gave up and my food was never replaced. Needless to say, I am quite disappointed and will avoid ordering from Fitchburg Jade in the future.

The food is usually great and most of the staff is very nice and helpful…but the manager is rude as anything. Very abrasive, hangs up on you if he decides the conversation is done, ignores if you ask a question….on the other hand, when I had to call back the other night to get my total after getting hung up on, the gentleman who answered was so apologetic and nice, and put a rush on our food to make up for the manager’s attitude (it came in about 20 min, usually takes 30-45). I’d give 5 stars if not for the manager.

I just tried to order over the phone. I had my order ready and he rushed me didn’t pick up the phone in a calm manner and I began to tell him I had a newborn in my hand I just had to get my wallet. My phone dropped the call. He called back and said you still want your order right I said sorry I had lost the call. He said you have card in hand right I said yes and began to read the card to him he said why it take you so long to get your card in a furious manner. So I hung up the phone he was completely rude and so unprofessional. It doesn’t have to take me 2 seconds to order and give you my information. He rushed and called me back with an angry manner. I will never again go there again and I will tell everyone I know about this experience all because you couldn’t be patient with your customer over the phone.
