This place is pretty average. The calamari was gummy with no flavor. I would give it a 2, BUT I PAID 50$ for two plates and two drinks. It was NOT WORTH THE MONEY, so I lowered it to a 1.

Ordered the fish and chips which were pretty good but overpriced at 20$ vibe was pretty bad because the service worker was pretty gruff and unfriendly. It also came with a mountain of fries which were unseasoned and could’ve used a different oil.

Right in the heart of the busy Quincy Market Food Colonnade this place serves big portions of Authentic Fish and Chips and gets you in and out super fast!

I’m British born living in Canada. One of the challenges is to find authentic fish and chips in the Americas comprable to what I enjoyed in the UK. I’m happy to say that in addition to fine fish and chips I had at Cape Cod, Boston’s Quincy Hall has the Fisherman’s Net which provided an authentic dish. The two man crew handled my order well and were proud to win my praise. Great job fellas. The lunch was great.

It’s a tourist trap. Avoid it and save your money. I wish there was an option to give 0 star. I ordered fisherman platter and it was one of the worst food experiences in my life as a traveler. It was well overpriced for the quality I got. The guy at the counter wasn’t friendly at all. And after all this miserable experience, they don’t give you the choice to choose how much you want to tip, the just charge you what they want. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

Ordered a $10 bread bowl. Very little clam chowder, it tasted just okay, the worst was that they sneakily over-charged my credit card without my consent. My credit card shows $12 even though I decided no tips were required since there were no sit down service. So they literally ripped me off…

Pretty average food. A little pricey for the quality. Got the side order of fried clams. The breading qas a touch soggy and the clams were a little soft. It wasn’t a complete deal breaker, but it wasn’t anything to ever do again. It’s part of a big touristy row, so not surprised. Service was standard quick stop. Nothing remarkable – good or bad.

The only Gluten Free Clam Chowder in Quincy Market is served here as well as scallops wrapped in bacon. The stuffies are tasty and a good choice for a quick seafood snack. Clams, Fries, Scallops are all on the menu here – a good bunch of people work here. The offer a good variety of sandwiches here. Crabmeat, shrimp, fried calamari, fish rolls – New England Seafood is the them here.

Cheese fries were nothing special. Plain unseasoned fries with fake cheese sauce.

Wow. Clam chowder tastes like diluted cream and potatoes concoction; fish came in chunks and tails, was very rubbery, even French fries were horrible. My fish and chips (added clam bellies) was $27 (was not on the menu, so I guess I was charged whatever – fish and chips were $19). On top of that – service with an attitude. I threw away most of it.. what a waist!
