Me and my wife (Ree) FINALLY decided to stop in here for lunch after several years of living close by and let me tell ya, I am SO glad we did. This is an absolute hidden gem that really does stand up to the saying “Diamond in the rough”. A very large selection of foods (seafood and non-seafood) including some that you don’t see everywhere else.

Hubby & I had our lunch date here today (July 2) we’ve passed by so many times & just had to try it. I’m so glad we did. Amazing!! From the food to the service (thank you Jesse)to the atmosphere.. I had grouper fingers & loved them. Hubby had clam strips & loved them.. their homemade slaw is killer! & hand cut fries are the best ive had in the county… I’m looking forward to leftovers for dinner.

Wonderful experience, great food and service. Pork Chops were juicy and perfectly cooked. Oh my goodness you should order the Sweet Potato side, beyond delicious! The fried green tomatoes were home made and not pre made, yum. Homemade hot bread with a mouth watering butter to start (don’t eat too much) was take home worthy. We could not eat any of the many homemade desserts so we took one to Go ! A return is in our future!

Oh my goodness…this place is amazing!! We happened to find it during our travels and are so glad we did. It’s a bit unassuming from the outside. Inside…so cool!! Love the decor and the view to the patio. Dana was our server…sweet, helpful and funny.

I don’t know where the good reviews came from. Decided to try this restaurant after reading decent reviews. Probably worst tasting Seafood I had in a while or ever. Buffalo Shrimp was average, sauce was so strong that it was hard to eat without cringing. Crab hushpuppies didn’t seem to have any crab in them so that was a waste of money. Potatoes and coleslaw had no flavor. Our friends had soft shell crabs and grilled cheese sandwich and didn’t like it. Everything was over fried. The worst was my husband’s grilled fish, it tasted so fishy that I told him to send it back but he suffered through it somehow adding lots of sauce from my Buffalo Shrimp. Mango cheesecake didn’t taste good. Waitress was nice but would not return due to food.
