Worth the hype. Crispy, crunchy fish and fries. Not overly salty, and a perfect portion size. The slaw is great too, and cold so that it nicely balances out the hot fried foods.

The Fish & Chips are the bomb! Perfect crunch with a thick, tender, flavorful bite. The coleslaw is cool, crunchy, creamy, and full of flavor. The fries are the best in Marquette; thick, crispy, seasoned just right, not too salty. Finally, the hush puppies are bite-sized pieces of heaven. Well done! Cheers!

Absolutely delicious whitefish as fish and chips and in the fish taco. Mild, and no ‘fishy’ taste. Best fish and chips ever! Coleslaw was also creamy with a very slight ‘kick’. Fries also had great flavor. Will definitely come again if ever in the atea.

Amazing fish and chips, including the slaw. There’s 3 picnic tables outside and a few inside, but nothing fancy. The food is great though, and the staff is great.

I ordered from Fish Express through the window wall in the brewery next door. Funny enough, I haven’t tried and of their fish yet, but their Jerk Chicken ans BBQ Chicken sandwiches are both amazing (the jerk is reallllllly good). Their fries are also very tasty and I have heard the cheese curds are great too. Definetly recommend grabbed a quick bite and enjoying it with a grea local beer.

Just a damn GOOD fish and chips. Excellently battered, perfectly fried fries, great coleslaw, yummy hush puppies and spicy chutney. Only a little sad that there was no home made tarter and the inside dining area could use some noise suppression so it isn’t so echo-y. Otherwise this will be the new place that I’ll think about when I think of good fish fry. Hopefully one day they can add some more fish options but I love what they have going on for them right now.

About 15 to 20 dollars a meal, really nice man working the counter when we went in, great seating arrangements, kid friendly, and the fried cod and fish tacos were awesome. I’d recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic and inexpensive place for really fresh, local fried fish. They do EVERYTHING right. We had four things and all were remarkably good! The piping hot whitefish in a tasty but not overpowering batter, the crispy tender seasoned fries, excellent potato salad, crispy fresh coleslaw. All consumed at a picnic table in the shade far enough away from the road to be quite pleasant. Comes in a non plastic to go shell. Way to go guys!

Great food! The kids loved the chicken sandwich as well. I’d come again.
