They only do takeout here, and that might be the reason they have not invested to make the place look more visually appealing. The food though is always perfectly seasoned and tasteful, and that is the most important thing we should look for one dining out. The menu has all the basic Chinese dishes and is it not too long or too short. This is basically a local mom and pop shop, and I remember as a young adult eating regularly at their downtown location that was located near the El tracks. So there is many years of experience in Cooking great Chinese food by the owner.

The food is always hot and fresh. Love their egg foo young and sweet and sour chicken. Family staff are so friendly. My favorite Chinese Spot!

We had some beef, general tso chicken, & chicken fried rice, white rice, spring rolls. General tso tasted weird, like it was reheated or something. The chicken in the chicken fried rice was bone dry. Beef was mediocre at best. Spring rolls were descent. My husband, daughter, & myself all ended up with food poisoning (diarrhea, vomiting, & fever). Never ordering here again.

Was charged $6.00 more than price on menu for second time. Was not told about this before ordering. THIS IS FRAUD!

First time ordering, chicken wings were raw pink inside, every dish tasted the same….sweet…from the rice, noodles to the beef….you get different dishes to possibly mix it up. Sadly not for me….wish them the best, won’t be going back, had to toss my two orders of wings, waste….

Dirty. Really dirty. Food was okay. The egg rolls were just barely okay. We had tofu with dark gravy. Also, broccoli and beef. The person at the register was helpful. Why don’t they clean the place. Really.

Best Asian food in Homer Glen; hands down! Absolutely delicious

The absolute worst ever. Placed the order on line though grub hub. It was too be ready within 30 minutes. Waited an hour and 10 minutes. Finally got the food and got it home only to find 95% of the sauce at the bottom of the bag. The orange chicken was so hard you couldn’t even chew it.. no way was this cooked fresh. The fried rice was burned and the Mongolian beef tasted like mush. What’s the most disappointing thing? When I called the restaurant to give them feedback all I got was a sorry and we’ll try harder next time. No offer to remake the food, no offer of a discount. On top of terrible food lies terrible service. Don’t waste your time.

Had a fairly small order that other Chinese places can make in 15 minutes. This place was initially 20, then mad me wait another 25. Took an extremely long time for a simple order of small chicken fried rice and beef lol mein. Another lady walked in and asked how much time was left. The employee at the counter repeatedly dodged her question until she made it clear she wanted an answer. His behavior made it clear he didn’t care and gave generic half hearted apologies. After all that, it wasn’t even good. Chicken was overcooked like a rock and had to use extra sauce to give the meal any flavor. I don’t know if Wok 2 is supposed to be a reopening of Wok 1 after closure, but the quality of this entire experience sure shows it should’ve probably stayed that way.

Tried this place before and the sauce was so sweet it ruined the dish. I thought I would try the egg foo yung recently because who would put sugar in that dish?? Well I was wrong .The egg foo was terrible. The sauce was like syrup. I threw it out. Worse Chinese food ever! They load everything with sugar. Not all Americans want their food loaded with sugar. I will never go back there. The cook needs some lessons on how to cook the savory menu items
