Awesome spot! I have heard so many good things about First Watch and friends are excited to finally have a location here in Willis. I have been to this new location twice this week, and both times were great experiences. The staff is clearly excited to be there. They are attentive, hard-working, and courteous. The food is great, and the fresh pressed juices are delicious. I look forward to making this a regular brunch spot.

There were a few, typical, issues for a new place. The waitstaff had one thing at our table (I forget what) that they all had to ask – 9 different in 15 minutes. Can’t remember what that was, though. The food was great, aside some slight missed instructions with the order- again, first week issues, I’m sure. There was also a crazy 2+ week delay in a charge from their soft open, but we were in the following week & that charge went well. I do, like this restaurant, I just wish it were a bigger location; they’re packed often.

Nice restaurant. My server, John, was great. I gave 3 stars for atmosphere because the place is nice, but they had the music probably twice as loud as should’ve been. Open/breakfast restaurants tend to be noisy, so music that can make conversation even harder isn’t optimal.

Our waitress seemed very disinterested and rarely checked on us. We had to flag her down for a simple refill and ask another server for syrup. The food for the most part was good, except the potatoes were burnt. We could hear the kitchen staff excited that their shift was nearly over. And way too loud. Denny’s is better.

We were able to dine in before they opened to the public. Sophie waited on us and did a fabulous job!! She took all my dietary needs seriously and made sure I wasn’t eating anything I wasn’t supposed to. I ate the A.M. Superfoods Bowl and it was AMAZING!! We will definitely be back.

We have been eagerly anticipating the opening of the Willis location. Overall, it was a disappointment. They are not serving the fall feature menu. The service was still much to be desired; we had an extraordinary wait because the server admitted to making an error. The coffee was weak and tables too densely packed into the space. We were bumped into throughout the long breakfast. In short, this location is not ready for prime time. We will continue to visit the Conroe location, despite the extra drive.
